Our Pet Policy

  • River Oaks allows dogs and cats
  • River Oaks welcomes pets upon approval
  • Pets must weigh 75 lbs. or less
  • Please inquire with our leasing staff regarding breed restrictions
  • There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
  • River Oaks Apartments uses PooPrints® to keep our community clean and green. Contact our office for more information!

Pet Fees

  • $300 non-refundable pet fee for one pet, $500 non-refundable pet fee for two pets
  • Pet rent of $50/month per pet (2 pet maximum)
